What is the best company to use to stop foreclosure in Texas?
caliber_9 asked:
Basically we are in foreclosure and I wanted to know if anyone could recommend a company they personaly used that is in the DFW area. Thanks
Well essentially, we were paying our mortgage but out the gate they mis applied 2 of our payments and weve been ighting to have them take off the ridiculous fees that have mounted since. So per their records we show to be behind per our records we werent.

If I file bankrupcy will that automatically stop the foreclosure sale of my house?
busbugghia914 asked:
foreclosure sale set for today at 2pm. heading down to court house to file for backruptcy, this morning.
I live in AZ. and my lender has been lying, cheating…. she even took out a 2nd mortgage on MY HOUSE! we just want to stop the sale so we can show the court what’s she’s been doing.
I did the credit counselling course over the phone last night, have my printed certificate in hand.

Can you stop foreclosure on a house after the foreclosing date has been set?
Caribou2 asked:
The bank is foreclosing on my relative’s house in 3 weeks. The thing is that he is older and left the state for a long vacation without making arrangements for paying his mortgage.

He’s back now and has the money to pay everything that is owed. Can he still fork over the payment and avoid foreclosure? Or is foreclosing inevitable once the process starts? What can he do?
